The facility was clean and well organized. The staff were more interested in their own conversation than interacting with us. I purchased a tomato plant and 2 strawberry plants. Within 3-4 days all of them drooped dramatically. I reached out to MidValley for help and got the voicemail(with no option to leave a message). I have called 11 times in the passed 2 weeks. After getting help from gardeners I know, eventually the tomato plant bounced back after being under the grow light. The strawberries just got worse. I finally reached a person today, and the owner (in a raised irritated voice) told me that she wouldn't "finance your trial and error ", "all of my plants are great, you can come down here and look..." and how over worked she is. I wasn't asking for a refund, and stated that plainly. All I was ATTEMPTING to ask for was an exchange and the conversation that I was trying to get for the passed 2 weeks, guidance.This is not an example of customer service, unless you're looking for a "what not to do" example. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN.

I bought two Russian Olive trees here, and I am very happy with the deal they worked out for me. I cannot wait to get these in the ground and enjoy them. Thank you so much for everything, God bless, 5 stars.

These guys are AMAZING!!!! Early in the season they talked with me about what we’ve done in previous years and how to improve our growing potential. They even went so far as to replace one of the plants that I accidentally killed without realizing it, even after i figured out it was my fault (the main stem had broke) and I said that wasn’t necessary I’d pay for it, but they insisted. We followed their directions to the T and had an average crop this year, but the conditions that we had for weather that wasn’t a surprise. We are quite certain that we would’ve had an absolutely amazing crop had we had much better weather this past summer. We’ll do a repeat next summer!!! Thank you guys!!!!!
