We had the best experience working with Kelley at Moon Valley Nurseries! He helped us design a full succulent arrangement and even found us a beautiful tree to complete our yard. Kelley went above and beyond - he personally helped us plant each succulent and made the whole process fun, easy, and stress-free. You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares about helping customers bring their vision to life. Highly recommend asking for Kelley if you visit!

After my tree blew down in the most recent microburst storm we had in Phoenix, I had the good fortune of having Chad stop by to help me out. It was refreshing to deal with someone, Knowledgeable,professional, honest, and integritous in stunning contrast to the people, I am usually left dealing with. He helped me with my selection Of replacement plants and trees. His response time was excellent, and he steered me to the plants that were the best bang for the buck which was exactly what I was looking for. Kudos to him and his boss Morgan for hiring people like him ! Thank you, Moon Valley !

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to write this one. It's pretty personal for me, as great customer service is hard to find these days. Weston at Moon Valley Arcadia is the epitome of great customer service. I had been working with him on a project to replace a tree in my front yard a few weeks ago. He was great as we walked the Arcadia property. He explained the care and maintenance of several trees, talked through which ones he felt would thrive in my yard and encouraged me to think through my options, everything from cost to size. I thought I picked the perfect tree, but had second thoughts after I got home. I went back to talk through my reservations with Weston and tell him I wanted a different tree he had previously recommended. He wasn't there at the time and I was about to leave for other reasons. My eyes lit up with joy when I saw Weston returning, it was like a kid on Christmas morning. I just knew he would be able to help and he did. He listened to my concerns, and acknowledged how I was feeling. He didn't judge or give me a hard time, he simple said, "let's get you taken care of." Customers don't always get it right, and it helps to know that someone like Weston is there to help. He conducted himself like a seasoned pro and I look forward to working with him again. He should be the General Manager of the Arcadia location. He is poised, he is professional, he is knowledgeable, and he is amazing!!!! I will come back and post my beautiful tree, once it is planted.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We couldn't be happier with the quality of products and customer service. They stand behind their plants and trees. They replaced a $2,800 tree today without a hassle. And they conditioned and fertilized all of my other plants while they were here. Johnny Martinez and his crew are the BEST!
