Awful experiences with this company. I sent 4 emails via their online portal on the website and never got a reply over the course of 6 months. Finally got ahold of someone by sending a message on Facebook. All I wanted was help with product recommendations. First lady pawned me off on my "regional salesman", that person than pawned me off on a random irrigation supply store. I wish I was kidding. I had to repeat my needs 3 different times and I never found out the information I needed to make a purchase for my farm. These employees don't know anything about what they sell, or how to help me. Long story short, they lost the opportunity of my business, I will be finding and taking another option. I just wish I had my time back from waiting on them and dealing with them. I would not recommend using this business at all.
