We saw this place on tiktok n they were saying it was on sale when we got there nothing was on sale, on tiktok they lady was so damn nice but that wasn't the case, the lady attitude was so bad that within 10min we left n definitely not coming back to these Vietnamese ladys

My mom, my sister, and I visited this place today and bought 15 bags of FoxFarm. We bought 10 first and got 2 free, then bought 5 more and got 1 free. The staff loaded the bags into our car, so we didn’t think to double-check. When we got home and unloaded everything, we realized there were only 12 bags total, which means the last 6 we bought weren’t loaded. I called the store to explain the situation, and the owner answered. She was rude, said they are not responsible for missing items once customers leave the store, and then hung up on me. I understand why a business would have a policy like this, since some customers might claim items were missing after leaving the store in order to get free products. That said, I did not appreciate the attitude or how the situation was handled. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again. Update: The owner’s response was not accurate. First, she wasn’t the person who helped me at the beginning. Another lady assisted me with purchasing the first 10 bags. After that, I told the guy who helped loading the items (the person she referred to as a foreigner) that I wanted five more, and he brought me to her to pay the additional $75. That was the extent of our interaction. There wasn’t much conversation between us, so her claim that she told me to check my items is simply not true. The reason my family was distracted and did not check the items was because we were getting some cash together to tip her employees. When I called, I was hoping she would first check with her employees. I wasn’t demanding that she give me the missing bags but instead, she sounded annoyed, was rude, and hung up on me. I would not have written this review if she had just politely pointed out the policy. Secondly, her explanation that her employees, as foreigners, did not understand me is a dumb excuse. If her staff cannot communicate with customers, that is her business issue, not mine. And if she was implying that I couldn’t communicate in English, this review speaks for itself. I’m writing this in English, while her response was in Vietnamese. I don’t look down on anyone who struggles with English as it’s my second language as well, and I had difficulty when I first moved here. But I learned the language, earned my university degree and have a great profession, so the suggestion that I cannot speak English is laughable. Anyway, I’ll stop here and won’t waste any more time with her or her business, regardless of what she says next.

Horrible customer service and communication. I recently picked up a bag of what was supposed to be perlite #3. The guy who handed it to me assured me that the black mark through the "3" box on the bag meant I was getting the correct grade. After I got home and opened it I realized it's actually cheap fine grade #1. A total waste of both my time driving there and my money. Called them to see if I can exchange and the unfriendly lady basically told me it's too bad and that I "should've opened & checked before I left" - then maybe your own employee could've advised the same? Never again.

They have a lot of rare plants and trees. I bought a rare variety mango tree here. They have good prices. They helped me load the tree. Would recommend going with someone who speaks Vietnamese or at least going in already knowing what you’re looking for. I’ll be coming back for more trees.
