I wasted my time and money with this company. I ordered a set of mesh ramps for a dirt bike on November 30th, and waited 2 weeks for the package to even move from California. So I waited and I watched the package arrive into my state for 2 days, only to have the shipper refund my order and recall the package. The package arrived in my state on December 18th, and the shipper requested a package return today on December 24th. They never attempted to deliver the package, it never left a FedEx hub and it was never in an “out for delivery” status. I never requested the cancelation and I never told them to recall the package. There were no problems with my address or anything that would indicate a red flag to have this returned. I wasted 3 weeks of my time waiting for this to get here, and I have been depending on this package only to have this company return it and refund it WITHOUT my request. Shop elsewhere.

Great items, and fast delivery. Called and got a response to my questions the following day.

Hello bosonshop I need help and I emailed u and u guys haven’t responded to me it was a mistake I made but I need ur help it would be amazing if u can help me by today I understand I have 24 hours to cancel so I can fix the address

I ordered a trampoline for my kids this Christmas, delivery date was November 27th, here it is December 9 and FedEx is telling me they can’t find the package and trying to get ahold of this company Bosonshop is nearly impossible !!

While trying to purchase a item there was a problem in the checkout but I still got charged for the item and when I check my account it says I haven’t purchased anything yet! Now I don’t know if I’m getting for what I paid for
