My wife and I wanted to get things to help with our garden and propagation of plants and trees. Everything was handled very professionally. I spoke with Louie from the store he was very helpful and kind. The website is also designed in a way that is easy to follow and ordering was easily completed. We had an item that was damaged in shipping and after contacting them and doing documentation they handled the issue efficiently and we could not be more pleased. I ordered some products on a SUNDAY, paying extra for QUICKER SHIPPING., expecting that like most organized stored, the items would be shipped MONDAY. On WEDNESDAY at 6 PM I was contacted by "The Growers Depot" and told that the significant amount of extra I had been quoted for shipping was miscalculated, and they would need AN ADDITIONAL $13 to ship, making the items I ordered WAAAAAAAY more expensive than any other retailer.
