Great deals and price is an absolutely phenomenal customer service and communication and one of the few companies that takes the time to package heavy expensive bottled nutrients correctly and people should look at monster Gardens as an example of how to run a grow shop.. mark was very informative to provide me information about items that were out of stock that they had alternatives to that ended up also being great options. And when something was out of stock, they called me to let me know they could replace it with any thing else on that same brand and quarts and reminded me I did need some other stuff from the nectar for the god Brand before they closed discontinued for good . Is store is staffed With people, both knowledgeable and eager to make sure you get the best deal the right product and introduce you to New things you may be interested in.

I placed an online order and unfortunately had a hiccup upon arrival. Nothing at all due to Monster Gardens. This was a manufacturer issue. However, as soon as I contacted them, they provided exceptional customer service and communication. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They can count on my continued business.

I placed an order over the weekend, obv they're closed. Monday mid afternoon they shipped my order priority. It was here Wednesday before 11am. I didn't expect service like this, but it exceeded my expectations. 10/10 * I will support monster gardens again... had to edit my post but all I removed was "if I can't source locally " tbh that part doesn't mean as much to me. the service I received was second to none.
