Jan 29, 2026I today, around 8pm, was definitely my last time at this shitty place because of the rudeness and poor service of cashier (left side, lipsticks. There was a small line, and she was literally chitchatting with a costumer that clearly was done with packing and paying. The girl on the right side call the next costumer and she was STILL doing nothing and “hanging out “ with the other person. I gently put my things on the balcony, and FINALLY she checked my stuff, without not even looking at me, talking to other cashier, and complaining that “people don’t let her talk “. She was so unaware of what she was doing that she didn’t even see that I was packing my stuff in my own bag and charged me for a bag!!! Instead of canceling my payment she gave me a stupid quarter . WHAT I’m GONNA DO WITH COINS?????? I LITERALLY USE COINS FOR NOTHING!!!! That girl should never be working with people! Very ignorant, arrogant, unprofessional… she would probably be a great dive bar bartender, to chitchat with rude people like her

Dec 7, 2025Cashiers need a serious attitude adjustment especially when speaking to older customers. These are the people who are keeping you in business. The ones who don't have a car, the ones who are on a limited budget. Get a grip!!!

Nov 16, 2025Lots of rotting produce and they won't let you return. I bought some grapes which had a ton of mold i realized after I paid. Cashier allowed me to exchange for equivalently priced item. Took me a while and I could hear that she was complaining to another employee about it which made me uncomfortable. Overall, I don't know if I would shop here again for a bit.

Sep 30, 2025Quality of produce has deteriorated over the past two years. At least they are open 24 hours a day. We used to have a Key Food supermarket next door, but apparently the neighborhood needed Just Salad and Five Below chain stores more than a real supermarket.

Sep 23, 2025I used to shop here once to twice a week, but today it's the last time I walked into their store. Not only more than half of the "fresh" produce is literally rotting garbage, the lady at the register who likes to play boss needs to change her attitude. I ended up paying $7 for potatoes (they pack them in plastic nets) and when I tried to return them 3 secs after walking out the store, she refused to give me my money back. Her excuses ranged from "you should know" - as if I should carry a scale with me before reaching their register - to "this is our policy" - when I couldn't see any relevant sign anywhere. They are a monopoly in the area for now, but karma will catch up. And I hope this lady remembers me.
