Called to get some pricing this spring and have never spoken with anyone in a customer service role who sounded so rude and uninterested in helping (Kay). If you don't want new customers, just say so when you answer the call. Don't be snotty the entire phone call and waste the customer's time. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere.

Very happy with price and service. I ordered medium chili pre-packaged. I noticed at site you have the option of having garlic added. I will do this next time. If your ordering look up menu ahead of calling.

We went there today asking for mild chilies for my daughter and they were kind enough to make sure that's what we got and did then right then I really appreciate the good service.
