Sam Bridge has everything you will ever need for gardening. Amazing selection of vegetable and fruit plants in the spring and summer, and amazing flower selection. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable, you can literally ask them anything and they will have an answer. I love how there’s a dog who roams around there also. If I could leave zero stars or negative stars I would! This place advertised that they would have Santa Claus and live reindeer till 6 o’clock on Christmas Eve. Our family , and many others planned our whole day and holiday around this event with our children and families. When we arrived around 3 o’clock they bluntly & rudely told us they were closed & ordered us to leave immediately!! The staff were extremely careless as we saw family after family with carloads full of children all showing up just to be disappointed and treated like crap. This place is a disgrace!! Luckily, our children were a little older and they handled it well I really felt bad for all the families going with little kids so excited to see Santa on Christmas Eve with live reindeer.

The price to see Santa was outrageous. Families were required to purchase an overpriced photo package just for their children to have a visit. I watched many children and families walk away disappointed, which was truly sad. It felt like this business was taking advantage of the season simply to make money. What ever happened to the true spirit of Christmas?

I’ve never experienced the hospitality and friendliness that we had here. The staff was amazing. We saw an amazing Santa to start and then the staff went above and beyond with our son as we got our tree! They engaged with my son in so many amazing ways. They showed him the equipment and what they do with the trees. And left the string for the tree tied on top long enough so my son could “hold it” while we drove.

Family owned garden center. A true hidden gem off north street in Greenwich set back off the road. Super knowledgeable staff they will go the extra mile. Great selection of seasonal plants, spring pansies to hand made and custom decorated wreaths. A great deal of the plant material is grown on site to an above average standard, hard to find plants, unusual plant combos. The store is very organized and has a great layout. Easy to shop for any project large or small. A must visit
