Moscarillo's of West Hartford

My sister went to go look for a tree and the tree was dead. They looked horrible, falling off leaves, yellow, rotting. They wanted full price. Basically told me it would never thrive and wasn’t worth it. Not a good experience

I ordered flowers from this florist for the first time based on a friend’s recommendation. They were supposed to be delivered to my friend’s house last Saturday, but the florist called today to let me know that my friend wasn’t home and that they would deliver the flowers once they returned. I truly appreciate how responsible and thoughtful they are. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service really exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a business that cares so much about both the sender and the recipient. Highly recommended!

Moscarillo’s flower shop is beautiful and high quality. The flowers are fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged, and everything looks well cared for and professionally done. It is a bit expensive, but the price reflects the quality and the service. The owner and staff are extremely kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help, taking time to give suggestions and make sure you’re happy with your choice. The experience feels personal and welcoming, which really sets this place apart. Great quality, excellent service, and a trusted local shop. Worth it if you’re looking for something special.

Michelle Shaggy is wonderful to work with from Moscarillo’s. She has come out to our property multiple times in the past 6 months to discuss installation of a new birch tree and most recently hydrangeas. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to willing answer any questions I’ve had on proper care and maintenance of our landscaping needs. She’s always on time for our appointments and is simply a pleasure to work with.

I’ve had several purchases from Moscarillos and I’d recommend them over and over. I worked with Patti, who was knowledgeable, kind, experienced and spent so much time with me. The day they planted my trees she even stopped by to see how it was going. I couldn’t be happier!
