I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and service I received here. My fiancée was having her bridal shower, and I wanted to surprise her by showing up at the end with a beautiful bouquet. It was snowing that day, and I had been driving around town trying to find somewhere open. I decided to take a chance and stop here even though they were technically closed. The father was outside and the son was already getting ready to leave, but when I explained why I needed the flowers, they reopened the store just to help me. That meant more than they know. They took their time, helped me select the perfect arrangement, and the bouquet came out absolutely stunning. The service wasn’t just professional it was genuine, warm, and generous. Because of them, I was able to create a really special moment for my fiancée. I truly appreciate their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond on a snowy day. I have been using Springdale Florist for years now. Every arrangement is alway super fresh, lasts forever. I send a ton of arrangements and I always get a picture back showing how beautiful the arrangement is. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful especially when you're not sure of what exactly you're looking for. They are always professional as well as kind. They also are considerate with price point.

Horrible customer service. They have a big sign in front that says “ we have tulips”. I called to ask if they had some In stock before driving over there, a nice lady answered and told me they had some in stock, and to come by. I show up 10 mins later and they are out of tulips and didn’t have any that day, and are expecting a delivery tomorrow! Horrible customer service. I didn’t mind that they were out of tulips, but the lack of compassion for wasting a customers time makes me wanna never give them my business. I literally buy flowers once a week for my wife too, and had planned to come there to buy some herb and outdoor stuff for my home. Will give a more respectable business my hard earned money. Everything is overpriced, and it smells like mold in there and animals in there. Also, don’t let the “farmers market” sign in the front fool you, they don’t have any sort of fruits or vegetables, all they have is overpriced honey. It’s a shame bc they could do so much more with this space
