Kanapaha Botanical Gardens

Beautifully laid out paths traveling through unique gardens. There is ample signage describing the extensive array of trees and plants. I only covered 1/4 of the area so this is not comprehensive. My visit was Mar. 7, 2026.

It is joyful to see plants blooming in winter months. Good labels on the plants. We visited after a florida freeze, there was some damage, but we were hopeful the plants will recover.

It’s a unique tropical garden with beautiful tiny gardens inside. It worths visiting if you are exploring North Florida.

We didn't get to stay long as we got here about 4:15 and they close at 5. Also note it's the end of winter. But it was beautiful and serene! I'm sure at peak season it's breathtaking.

It is an absolutely beautiful garden. I can only imagine all the beautiful fliwers in the spring and summer.
