The flowers were not fresh — that is exactly why I came back a few hours later. Although I really did not want to spend my birthday time driving back to your store. It seems this is what you count on when selling flowers that are not fresh — that most people simply won’t return. I understand that. But this time, I did not tolerate it. My teenage son worked all day to earn money and buy me a gift. He paid $100 for the bouquet — he spent his own labor to make me happy. It would have been fair for the flowers to last at least a week, not just one day. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue professionally, when I tried to show you the flowers that were already shedding and falling apart, you rudely grabbed them from my hands, spoke to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, started yelling without even listening to me, and said you would not exchange anything because you “did not care what I thought.” You clearly stated that you are not interested in anything I'm trying to explain to you. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior toward a customer. You completely ruined my day.

Highly recommend Hoorays From Hollywood, great service and beautiful arrangements. Ordered flowers at 11am and they were delivered by 2pm. Delivery came in a box that protected the flower vase. My aunt was thrilled to receive such magnificent flowers. Hoorays has a new happy customer!!!
