I go here all the time for everything from flowers to pots to soil. Great selection, knowledgeable people, reasonably priced. Flower bouquets more unique and better arranged than anywhere else!

Wonderful selection of great plants in amazing condition. But no price labels anywhere to be found. I think these people have absolutely no idea how to do retail. When some items appear to be alarmingly expensive while others seem to be surprisingly cheap. Based on the one in 50 plants they could be bothered to prices on. What are you supposed to do going on a walk around with the staff while they tell you the price of everything. Stupid stupid stupid

Unfortunately the plant they sold me lost all of its bloom within 2 weeks of purchasing it. Disappointed that after reaching out multiple times to help revive it, they keep promising to get back to me but still have not.

On Sunday, we went to buy a beautiful plant, and a very kind and friendly white woman helped us. Unfortunately, we arranged to come back the next day, and when we arrived, there was a different woman, one who spoke rudely, was completely unfriendly, and showed no interest in ensuring customers had a pleasant experience buying their plants. We paid for home delivery to an address that was only a block away, but the service was very inflexible and would take several days. I insisted, and the woman finally called and arranged for delivery that same day, but if I hadn't insisted, she wouldn't have had the slightest intention of helping. In the end, she made us go and pick up the pot to plant the plant ourselves. I think the service was terrible; you don't pay $500 for such poor service and attitude. That woman shouldn't work there. I really regret that the other woman wasn't there.

Best umbrella I ever bought. Great costumer service and best quality. Very durable also. Thank you for being available 24/7 !!
