My Mother & I came in today 3/2/26... We were looking for some bushes to put in pot(s)...I asked a lady for some suggestions, and even showed her a picture of pot, and location....I mentioned it could not be flowers as my mom is 90 yrs old and can't get around very well....she mentioned flowers..I said no can't be flowers.. Chen the cheffalier bushes.. She told me where they were,and I said, yes, I i know where they are, and she says, oh, do you mean the green and white ones?I said, no, not the variegated, just the solid green... Then she said, well, whatever and kept repeating, whatever... she walked away, and proceeded to tell another employee that everybody was in a mood... He came around the corner, heard her and called her out on it. And I said, we were not being rude. We were not being disrespectful, and I said we don't have to shop here and she kept saying, whatever, whatever and was rude, disrespectful to my mother and to myself... We were prepared to spend several hundred dollars buying some plants, some bushes, etc.... My mother said, nope, we're leaving. We have been shopping there for about 20 some years. We've never been treated with this kind of disrespect before... Call the manager, his name was Steve. He said he was sorry, but he never asked who the employee was or that anything would be resolved? Just that if we wanted to come back in that we would have to specifically come and ask for him, and he would take care of us.... I've never been treated like that before. Especially there.... I shouldn't have to come in and specifically look for the manager. Because his employees aren't very respectful. So for that reason, we won't be back.There's no point in it

This review rating is for Willow’s service on special orders. Early November I asked them if they could get me 30 15-gal shrubs. They checked and called me back stating they could but they were just 4’ tall. I appreciated them being honest about the size so hence two stars versus one. I told them for $150 each, I wanted at least 5’ tall above ground because I could get 4’ at Home Depot for around $40 each. They said they would make some other calls to see if they could find them somewhere else. If not, it could be toward the end of November before they could get back to me. I told them I could wait. Since I had a problem with them before on a special order, I decided to check with Wilcox. I told Wilcox what I was looking for and the next day they called me letting me know they located some and even sent me a photo with the height. Wilcox was able to find ones that were 6’ above ground when planted and for $51 less each so over $1,500 savings for me! Willow NEVER called me back which is exactly what they did on my other special order earlier in the year. (I know they got in what I special ordered because I checked weekly for a month and on week 4, I saw 2 at their nursery but never a call.) After two poor experiences with Willow on special orders, I know now not to waste time and go directly to Wilcox who can make it happen.

My husband and I stopped by Willow Tree Nursery last week. They have a great selection of shrubs, landscape plants and palms. They also have planting accessories. Definitely recommend stopping by!

Super sweet folks. Came to look for a sunflower plant as a memorial gift for my wife (her mother passed recently and that was her favorite flower). The fella walked all over trying to find one because they're out of season so he wasn't sure if they had any, but he was determined to find one for me if they did. He asked a lady and she came out and showed us where they were. It's a dwarf sunflower plant which it turns out was the best option. Thank you for all the help today. I'm sorry I didn't get your names. I was on a mission lol

Love this place. I came here to buy some plants for a home I am renovating and jack was great. He helped me select plants based on my layout and with a budget in mind. Great customer service, will be back.
