Mar 2, 20262 stars because the plants look healthy and they sell nice pots. That said, there isn't an extensive selection of plants or plant care items. What really knocked stars off was the service, I was treated ok not great, until i went to pay and was requested to tip the workers. Tipping someone in retail is not expected or something people should demand. When I declined to tip the worker the tone shifted even colder. Weird spot, i will buy plant pots elsewhere.

Nov 18, 2025Annie and Alice are the best! So sweet and super knowledgeable. The store is beautiful and has such a variety of plants. I got my monstera repotted and got a moss pole added. Very happy with my experience here.

Aug 20, 2025One of my favorite plant shops! Mark did a fantastic job repotting my cactus. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I was equipped with information to maintain the life of the plant. I’m thrilled with the outcome. I’ve also had fantastic experiences with David, Alice, and Trang. I own several plants from this shop and will certainly continue to support the shop.

Feb 20, 2025Diverse selection of plants. You can see they were raised with care. The team is incredible, special thanks for Amira and Alice (expert in plant knowledge)! I stayed over 2 hours at the store and they patiently helped me choose the plants and ceramic pots. In the end, I thought it was cheaper by just taking the plants, but after research, it definitely compensated buying the beautiful ceramic pots in house - quality plus you get the service of soil and replace/renew soil as needed. Ceramics are overall pricey everywhere but plants “breathe” better with them so worth the investment.
