I like the selection of pots and plants, and the folks who run it are nice, BUT...they often close during regular business hours. One day I called at 9:00 AM to ask if they were open that day; the lady said, "Yes." I went by at 1:00 PM but the front gate was closed. Today, I went by at 10:30 AM on a Saturday and they were just shutting the gate, and the two of them drove off. The regular hours for a Saturday are 9:00-6:00. Frustrating! It's too bad, but I won't go there again.

The owners are very knowledgeable about what works best in our climate. The landscape designer ( Susie Palacios )has a great vision for transforming a a regular yard into something special.

I stopped by A Garden Center Inc on Pecan just west of Ware for a Chile Piquin plant. A friendly women wearing a floppy hat guided me to the pepper plants and offered me the most healthy one of the bunch. She also gave advice on my newly-planted St. Augustine grass at home which has suddenly started turning yellow. What a wonderful lady. I highly recommend visiting A Garden Center over Home Depot or Lowe's garden centers.
