Excellent customer service! We bought a tree and it was on hold for us to pick up. Long story short we ended up with a shrub not a tree. We planted it . Totally our fault and a little embarrassing but I called a few days later just to let them know . I spoke to Neil and he went above and beyond. He sent over Kelly and Isaiah with the original purchased tree. They took out the shrub and planted the original tree. They were very professional and kind. This whole experience couldn't have been handled any better. We are and will continue to be customers. They are very helpful and down to earth and a pleasure to do business with.

Came here for our Christmas tree and we were so pleased with the whole experience. They carried, cut, and loaded the tree into the car for us. Prices are some of the best Ive seen. Great spot!

Neil made it right, he even remembered my name and was kindly ready for me to come by, even though it took me a couple weeks/months. I will gladly eat my words and amend a review whenever someone like these guys make good. Thank you!) Old Review: I’ve bought gravel mulch and trees here for three years while renovating my home. Even bought a Christmas tree every year. I believe in supporting small businesses even if it’s a little more expensive. My family bought my wife and I a $75 gift card here when our son was born so that we could plant a tree in our yard that would be his. While roofing my house this spring I lost my wallet in the dump and lost everything including the gift card I hadn’t spent. Adams Gardens said they couldn’t reissue the gift card because they couldn’t guarantee they could trust me or that someone might find a needle in a haystack? I sort of understand if I hadn’t been personally buying there for the past three years. I thought that’s what family owned small businesses were for? The irony is I had an old D&B gift card in my wallet that they actually honored and replaced and an old Starbucks gift card that they replaced too. I’m just getting around to this since I’ve had a newborn and more than a few things to do but I tried twice in person and once over the phone to explain. It’s done now, $75 won’t get you a lot anyway anymore.

Years ago we bought an Artic White Peach Tree and to this day we have never had a peach taste as good as the ones we pick each year. The people who work here are knowledgeable and very helpful.
