I’ve been ordering succulents from April Farms and I’m beyond impressed with both the quality and service. They have such a beautiful variety of succulents with absolutely gorgeous colors. Every plant arrives healthy and carefully packaged — you can really tell they put a lot of care into protecting the plants during shipping. Their customer service is truly 10/10. Louis, Kim, Vince, and YL have all been wonderful to work with and always go above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find a company that combines amazing products with such thoughtful customer care. I’ll definitely be a long-time customer and highly recommend April Farms to any succulent lover!

I was in MA for an event and made time to stop by and I'm so thankful I did. The farm is a single greenhouse on the right, next to a pen of horses. It was full of many different types of succulents, from giant aeoniums to little echeveria florets of all colors. I could easily have spent hours in there, so coming in with an idea of what you want/like is helpful. I loved picking exactly which pots to get, however not all plants are labeled with prices so you'll have to ask frequently. Thankfully the employee who helped us was accommodating and friendly. The cotyledon was $60, and the other 4 were either $10 or $15. Very happy with my experience and I'd love to go back with more time.

Really, more 3.5 stars. Kind of an odd experience. There was a sign for “April Farm,” but there was no indication of where to actually enter. My first attempt led to a barn with horses. I called the number listed online; a friendly employee told me he was in the greenhouse in the back. He was engaged in a TikTok Live (I think) or a lengthy convo with a potential customer, so I was left to wander, which was nice. Except when I had questions and had to interrupt him. The plant selection was incredible. Varieties I have never seen in my life; colors, textures, shapes of succulents I’d never heard of. Really beautiful plants, from unrooted cuttings to mature, potted plants. But almost nothing had a price tag, and I was shocked that three, single-floret succulents in 2.5” nursery pots cost $85. I’d checked prices on their website before coming, and didn’t think every plant I selected would somehow be so much pricier than shown on their site (all were $20-$35 apiece). I was willing to accept the sticker-shock because the plants are gifts. When I returned to my vehicle (25 minutes after arriving), there was a note on my windshield that read “Don’t park in the middle of our driveway.” I was shocked, as A) I’d driven down the driveway and pulled up next to the building with the “April Farm” sign and parked there, certainly not in the middle of the driveway and B) there was no designated or marked parking area. Not a great way to treat customers, and left a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if different people run different portions of this farm, and don’t communicate? No idea. But I could see a visit here being an amazing experience for a succulent collector.
