I guess to an average person these sheds are good. But I want to point out several issues to be aware of, and maybe its not every builder maybe its a local builder issues being this company has builders all over. As a builder several things to understand. In the building specs the claim is 8' walls when they are clearly not, measuring a wall height is from the surface of sub floor which isnt being done. If you plan to do any type of sheeting inside nothing is properly spaced 16" center or 24" center, pulling tape and measuring centers is done from the end of the wall. in my case you cant find a 16" center which costs you more because you have to cut and waist your sheet good. One other thing pay attention to how outside is done, the way mine is done causes premature rot in many locations in under 5 years. A garage door is not the same as a roll up door. so be aware of what you are getting compared to what is being delivered.

After months of looking around at shed dealers and local Amish builders, I finally found a shed I was interested in located on Hornell. reached out to Debra Banach (her name and number provided on the sheet inside the shed and on the cost paper) about a shed that I was interested in that was located in Hornell. She gave me the unfortunate new of that particular shed being sold. I was a little heart broken. She asked if I was interested in any others on the lot. I explained they were out of priced range by a good bit. "I guess I'll keep looking and waiting. Not a big deal." Debra didn't give up that easy. Oh no, she said she had a few others in Bath. I explained I wasn't looking to spend a lot on shipping. Debra then hit me with "The first 30 miles are free and each mile over that is a small amount." (I cant remember what it was but I could definitely swing a delivery that way if it was over 30 miles and it is not) Gosh, I think it was the next day, she dropped me a line through FB stating she think she may have on her Bath lot that may work for me. She sent pictures and I went and looked her Bath inventory. I found the one the was telling me about. I like it. A green beauty she was. But then Hubby said I was getting this one. He was standing in front of a 10x16 stained shed. I looked at the price and said it was too much. He looked at me and told me to have Debra make up and estimate for Cash sale and send it over to me email. She did and she managed to knock off an extra $500! Blah blah minor details, now my Sewing Shanty gets delivered after Watkins Glenn races! Im excited! Also the delivery company is great! I wasn't expecting a call from them until Monday but they called me on a Saturday to get available dates! In the words of my son, "Happy Day mommy. Happy Day." I went out today and priced out insulation, sheet rock, lights and a low ambient Heat Pump to install. I purchased electrical some components today. Thank you Debra!

I was in the market for a shed and I stopped into a local lot with them in it. I was pleased to be able to look inside them so you really could get a feel for the size of the sheds. I took time to look all of them over and I was impressed at the quality. I contacted the number it was the main number on the west coast. She gave me the number to contact in my area. I reached out finally I reached Kayla. She was very helpful as we texted then spoke over the phone. They gave me a great deal on the shed and I am very satisfied. The delivery was awesome as well quicker than expected. The entire experience was incredible all questions answered and a better deal than I expected along with early delivery. Thank you!!! 😀
