Love this place definitely looks out for the community ice storm on its way they stayed late just to make sure everyone had propane they also have about anything else you want for a garden

Very courteous and helpful staff. Any type of agricultural needs they have from Chicken feed, horse straw. Anything you'd need on a farm.

I have never experienced such poor customer service at your facility until today. I was patient as i saw how busy you were. There were several employees that were just standing or sitting in the area i was in..... Not a single one asked if i needed assistance. I was still patient and looking around for w hat i could find for what i came in for. I stood in line behind your last customer as he was checking out. The room was cleared, the last customer had completed his transaction and i was still ignored. Instead, you chose to carry on a conversation with this customer. It wasnt until i said ill go somewhere else before you asked if you could help me. Maybe its because I'm a woman and came in without my husband or without a man. Whatever your excuse is, it's unacceptable. Do better.

I think the greatest compliment is, customers are treated like family. They have always shown the utmost of consideration and concern in providing customer satisfaction to me and my finicky horses. I will continue to being a loyal customer, mainly due to their kindness, patience, understanding and true professionalism.
