Jan 24, 2026An extensive greenhouse with a massive variety of plants in the spring. Had so much fun going here once and shopping for pepper plants with hopes to have a nice garden. ❤️🫑🌶️ My garden flopped but the plants were great, and I got a massive harvest of cucumelons from a little plant I picked up here- had no idea what a cucumelon was but they were awesome, and made for a good cucumelon sour cocktail at the end of the season, in addition to pickled ones for relish. The habeneros from Brenkles popped off too, I had several harvests off of two plants, enough to fill a few two gallon freezer bags. Staff is super nice, it's a bit of a walk and the ramps could be spooky to navigate with a cart if you're small framed or disabled, but I enjoyed shopping here sooo much.

Jul 30, 2025I bought gardenias about a month ago, hoping to get them settled and have blooms next season since it is so late this year. Even with me not taking the best care of them over the intervening weeks while moving, I still woke up to a surprise bloom this morning. I can't help but think that is because it was a quality, well-cared for plant to begin with.

Jun 16, 2025I wanted to like this place. I live in the South Hills and made the drive recently… Unfortunately, my wife and I felt seriously judged when we were checking out… we were standing at the register for a few minutes after I said, “We’re ready,” to a woman fiddling with practically nothing multiple times... when she finally stopped what she was doing (nothing really), we tried to make small talk and were downright ignored. I asked my wife, “Babe, do you have the debit card?” you could see the disgust seething on this woman's face. She then proceeded to ask if this transaction was together. I'm a nice person, so I tried to continue being friendly. She didn't say hello or ask if we found everything okay. No, have a good day, or come back to see us. Just pure disgust…. As an LGBT person in this political climate- I felt very uneasy and will not return. ☹︎

May 18, 2025Great selection of plants at really good prices. There is absolutely no organization or system and labeling is not good so be prepared to be there a while just wandering around looking for things.
