Sep 27, 2025Love this local greenhouse! You can see the place is so clean and the plants and pumpkins are very well loved and taken care of. Such great service from the lady at the checkout, friendly and nice!

Sep 5, 2025I’ve gone to browns since I was a child. They have a great selection, no matter the season, and quality product. No matter the perennial, annual, shrub, vegetable plant, tree, pumpkin, or succulent- I’ve never had a single pest or disease from a single plant bought here. Which I feel is amazing. Not to mention the plants grow like crazy. They’re extremely healthy, and you can tell they’re cared for very well right up until they go home with you. The prices are great, on EVERYTHING, hard to beat in the world we live in. They don’t pressure you to buy a thing, but if you need help? They’re right there. Whether it’s recommending a plant, giving care instructions, or helping you hunt down your foliage- they’re always so quick to help when needed. They’ve even helped me load my car on multiple occasions. Love them, will happily choose to give them my business everytime

Apr 18, 2023Wouldn't go anywhere else. They are simply the best. They are so kind and helpful. They know their customers and take time to talk. They have the best flowers and prices around. They also have buggies to put your flowers in and always offer to help you to car.

Apr 18, 2023The greenhouse itself has many good options available but for me none of that matters because the staff was zero help. I had a few questions about the options available and I had a few questions about planting and care as I am a novice gardener. These women were not available to answer any of my questions and when I inquired about a certain plant they pointed in the direction of the plant and when I asked questions she just pointed and said "read the tag" but not all of them had tags. I couldn't tell what color they would be. I couldn't get any help on planting tips questions. They just seemed to be more interested in standing at the register talking amongst themselves or too busy talking on the phone to actually "help" a customer.(They were not even that busy). So as a result I decided to take my business elsewhere where I ended up spending $500 dollars. I guess making sales and providing good knowledgeable customer service is not a priority to them. I won't be back and I definitely will not recommend this business to my friends. "Definitely their loss" go to Williams up the street or even Lowe's (you might pay a little more at Lowe's but you'll definitely get better service.) Giving good customer service is the easiest part of any job. (Just saying) HARD PASS guys.
