Brussel’s Bonsai is absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with an incorrect shipping address (completely my mistake), and their customer service went above and beyond to make everything right. Lisa was responsive, kind, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Not only did they handle the logistics seamlessly, but they also ensured the bonsai arrived healthy and beautiful, which truly speaks to the care they put into their plants. It’s rare to find a company that stands so firmly behind both their product and their customers. I can’t recommend Brussel’s Bonsai enough — exceptional quality, exceptional service, and people who genuinely care. I will absolutely be ordering from them again.

I have purchased bonsai trees and humidlity trays in the past and have been happy with delivery and plants. Customer service provided advice when there was an issue and speedy resolution when the problem continued. I appreciated the support provided by Lisa and will purchase from the company again.

DO NOT BUY FROM BRUSSEL’S BONSAI NURSERY , LLC. I spent $162.00 on a Bonsai and it arrived in a broken pot. Their response after being notified was to send a new container. Their expectation was that I was to transfer the plant I received to the new container. I have never planted or replanted a bonsai! Their customer service is horrible, if not non-existent. I did reach out and ask for a new specimen to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS SITE! If I could give negative stars, I would. BUYER BEWARE!

Jerry was AWESOME!! He took me through the ENTIRE nursery, and his knowledge and demeanor was superb and professional! I loved listening to all of his explanations as to what environment is best, all the care, feeding and pruning of the specific tree I chose. I can’t wait to come back and get another one! I’m thinking the cherry! Thank you so much! Beautiful trees, lots of experts, and a very relaxed environment. It was perfect for a sunny afternoon!
