Busy Bee Garden Center in Indianola is a beautiful, vibrant place with an incredible variety of flowers and vegetable plants. As a flower lover, I was blown away by the selection and the care clearly put into every corner of the space. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the beehive connected to the garden is such a charming, thoughtful touch. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just starting out, it’s definitely worth a joyful visit. 🌿💐

Love, love LOVE busy bees. Their staff is amazing and its nice to see the owner involved as much as the employees.

Customer loyalty means nothing to this company. Sadly, their poor customer service and no return/exchange policy leaves consumers to shop online or other franchises. I purchased a plant that went bad the very next day and was accused of damaging it instead of receiving proper customer assistance. The response proves how horrible the customer service is. They blame and attack the customer instead of just stating it is their company policy to not do exchanges. They are very defensive and unwilling to help!

I try to support local small businesses but I won't be supporting BB again. Moved here 3 years ago and wanted to order some trees. Spoke with the owner and gave her my info. She never got back to me. I just blew it off and thought I would give another try. Knew exactly what I wanted to order. Stopped in and spoke with the staff and they took my name and number, said the owner would need to talk to me. Two weeks nothing so I stopped in again. Once again took my info. Month later still nothing. So I stopped in again. This time the owner was there so I waited over 20 minutes to talk to her. As I was waiting I spoke with the staff and said I wanted to order a tree for fall delivery. The employee said my timing was great because the owner hadn't ordered for fall delivery yet. Finally owner comes in and I tell her what I want and she tells me she ordered already for the fall and that was it. No apology for never calling me back...no I can order in the spring nothing. She just gave me that answer and walked away like I didn't matter...so I guess to me her place doesn't matter anymore either. I would not recommend this place because of the owner's poor CS skills! The owner has responded and her response is a total lie! She nor any of her employees attempted to contact me. Notice on any of the complaints made about her she never takes ownership of the issue! It's always the complainers problem...hmm!
