We paid $100 for what we thought we were going to get, called and complained they said they had a bad shipment come in but this is unexpected. They said they would ship out another order but my mother in laws birthday isn’t when another shipment comes in. I am so disappointed.

Ordered from their site for sympathy flowers, delivery went perfect and it was short notice! The flowers and vase were beautiful! Thankful! Great service!

Never will i ever go to this business. A family member ordered her sons flowers and boutonniere and good thing she double checked the day before because they didnt put the boutonnieres down so we had to make our own. Then they were suppose to deliver the flowers to Romeros at 9 and they said their driver couldnt take em til 1 mind you the funeral was at 3 . Do not go to

Do not use this place unless you watch them make the arrangement. I had to do 1 star to leave a review, don't deserve it. I ordered a floral rose birthday cake inspired arrangement from an 800 floral delivery company. I upgraded to premium for my Nieces 40th birthday. What was delivered was a joke, nothing like what I ordered and only 1 rose, rest cheap carnations and daisies. I called them, said what I ordered, she knew exactly what it was. She told me she wanted to decline the order because it wasn't worth it to them. I said I wished they did instead of sending what they did. She said "what do you want me to do?" I said remake it the correct way I paid for. She put me on hold, came back and told how much they would make and it wasn't worth it to her. She offered to make up something else, not what I ordered, but not until Monday, the party was that Saturday. I told her that was unacceptable and I was going to leave a review, she hung up. If you go to their website they only show good reviews, not the real ones. I contacted the 800 company and told them. They had the cake arrangement remade beautifully from Safeway grocery store florist. Sadly this isn't the first time they messed up an online order, but it will be the last. If you use an 800 floral service, request they don't use this company ever.
