They even went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered. Very patient and listed to my ideas, then put together the perfect plant. If less, then a star was available. Zero customer service! We my partner and I were alone wandering about the business. No employee engagement! The one person we saw continued watering plants as we invisible. We went in to find fixtures and plant arrangements for our ½acre lot. Needless to say, their POOR customer service cost them several hundreds $$$ minimum we were preparing to use on our new property. Word to the wise, engage your customers. A little professional courtesy goes a long way.
