Cofers Home & Garden

I’ve bought houseplants on a few occasions from Cofers. A monstera has done well. A couple outdoor porch plants didn’t last too long. My most recent purchase I’ve had for 1-2 months but just found tons of mealy bugs under the leaves. Pretty disappointing and alarming. Just hoping they didn’t spread to my other plants because I know how huge a headache they are when they spread. I did call them to see about return options but nothing was available. Wish there was more accountability for me buying an overpriced plant in an effort to avoid this issue, just to put my other houseplants at risk.

We just took our Christmas tree down after purchasing from Cofer’s on 11/29 and it was still almost fresh! Thank you Cofer for selling quality products we can rely on.

Cofers is my go-to nursery for hard to find plants. Great selection and high quality plants. I usually ask for help to find a specific plant since it’s a big place with a large variety of plants. The employee points to the general area where the plant is rather than taking me to the plant. This wastes a lot of your time while you try to find it and either give up or ask them to show it to you. This has been repeated pretty much every time I shop there so it’s not limited to just one employee. There always seems to be plenty of employees so it doesn’t appear to be a lack of staff. Lots of ways to solve this- customer service training for those working in the nursery area, designated greeter who helps customers, labeling sections of the nursery, etc. The model used by Target is excellent. Regardless of who you ask for help, they will walk with you to the item’s location.

Huh, well my farm was infested by little devious crawling critters called aphids, so i had to pull up with the gang to Cofers Home & Garden and my oh my were we shocked! This was a splendid establishment and a creative and fun use of our precious time, the employees acted accordingly and politely to me and my ganggang (friends for you boomers). After i ordered my Cofers Capsule of ladybugs I dispersed them delicately along the perimeters of my growing garden. Long story short, Cofers Home & Garden #savedmygarden
