No wonder the prices are so much higher at this store than other garden stores. They're paying employees to stand around watching videos on their phone. I watched as she stood there holding 2 pots, allowing the water to drain out of them while she watched videos that had nothing to do with work. If she had just set the pots off to the side to drain, she could have been watering the next set of pots and gotten the job done much faster. Additionally, I walked by her six or seven times and it wasn't until the last time that she bothered to ask me if I needed any help. She was too focused on the video she was watching. Watching videos while on the salesfloor is completely unprofessional. And I don't care to pay for overpriced items. I won't be shopping here anymore.

Went in to buy a plant, found the carnival coffee bean plant, the one that caught my interest since I never heard of the plant, mind you I have over 150 plants in my house, I asked the lady about it she was very rude and her face said it all I sat the plant down I immediately left while leaving I thought I would allow the gal at front counter know of my experience and she just said thanks for letting me know I will likely never go again and continue going elsewhere I'm not even asking for a smile but don't sit there with an RBF

We're new to Yakima and they have been SO helpful. Pleasantly surprised with prices too. For sure will be our "Go to" for our growing needs.

Country Farm & Garden never disappoints! This time of year (Spring) they have baby chicks (a good variety) and baby ducklings. So, if you need a dose of cuteness stop on in. The floral baskets are always healthy, as are their individual plants. Again, this time of year they have a great selection of vegetables and herbs for your garden. Their prices are reasonable, especially for the grade of product. The staff is always happy and helpful.

Love this place! I came in with an injured arm but as stubborn as I am I wanted to get some more things to work on the garden and didn’t want to ask for help . Lily saw my cast and immediately offered to help me, she carried heavy bags of soil and quite a few plants to my car and loaded them in for me. So not only does this store hire showstopper employees, but they also have an excellent variety of anything farm and garden.
