Walked in and five employees passed me and not one even said hello or asked if I needed any help finding anything. Would have made a purchase too as I saw things I needed but the non welcoming staff turned me away

The Clematis was labeled Josephine , but the flower is not anywhere near as the picture of Josephine. I paid $40 for this special edition but got the one I could pay $17.99 at Lowe’s. I called and emailed then the store refunded me with $40 of the store credit since it was mislabeled
