I decided at the last minute to take on the family tradition of decorating our family gravesites, otherwise it wasn’t going to happen. I live on the west coast and it was daunting. I didn’t know where to begin. Paul at Crystal Florist took something that could have been unbelievably frustrating and got it done in a professional, kind and competent manner. This flower shop was absolutely terrible. I would rate it 0 stars if I can! They limited me with very few options and didn’t take my preferences into consideration at all. The staff seemed completely inconsiderate and unwilling to accommodate my needs. The flowers they provided were mostly damaged and looked like they had been sitting out for days. The wrapping was sloppy, rushed, and done without any care or attention to detail. When I asked them to redo it, the result was still poorly done and looked just as bad. It felt like they didn’t care about quality or customer satisfaction. Overall, the entire experience made it clear that they were more focused on money than providing good service. Over all avoidant of my request.

The owner was so helpful and kind. Prices are fair, 2nd time buying here and will come again. Nice selection of flowers.
