Deerfield Greenhouse

The prices were great and selection was good. And they were very helpful.

Deerfield Greenhouse is a hidden gem and lovely new find for me. I stopped in on June 28, hoping to find some veggies & herbs for a new raised bed I just got around to installing. It’s quite late in the season, and I was worried my options would be slim to none. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good selection of healthy plants to choose from, including many varieties of tomatoes, peppers (both sweet & hot), parsley, basil, squash, cucumbers and more. I picked up the following: • Chocolate Beauty Peppers • Fooled You Peppers (jalapeño relative) • Dolce Fresca Basil • Marigolds • Dahlia In addition to garden plants, they have a selection of seeds, soil, house plants and decor. They had a large number of annuals and flowering plants available. While I came prepared with cash, they do accept credit cards, which is good to know for future visits. At this point in the season, they are open Monday-Saturday (closed Sunday).

Excellent selection, healthy plants, prices are good, and staff is very friendly. What more could you ask for?

Biggest & Best variety of flowers of all types, and vegetable and herb plants I have ever seen. I’ve been going here for my gardening needs for many years. Thank you for your expertise in your greenhouse. It is appreciated.

Yesterday was our first time here and we had a wonderful experience. Their selection and quality is great. Their customer service is wonderful. Everyone was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to assist with any questions. One downside- you will spend more than you expect, because you will find/want more than you originally went for, haha! I had been looking for a particular rare alocasia for 2 years and they had it! Pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality. I love supporting local businesses and when those businesses clearly take pride in what they do, you want to tell everyone. We definitely recommend going here and we will be back!
