Worse experience ever, purchase 2 canopies one had missing parts but later received the missing parts; the other was incomplete as well (i was supposed to receive 2 boxes but only one box of 2 came) I returned the one box I received and when the second half came they wanted to charge me for shipping since I already returned it, according to them I already used their one prepaid label. 1st of all on their selling description it only says weight; I personally think they should add # of boxes you'll be receiving so that there's no confusion. Most of us (buying for the 1st time) don't have a scale or know better about the product and what we should be expecting. They said they're not going to refund me until I return the other half. Now the problem with that was that I return one of the boxes to UPS the other was to be return to FedEx as a refusal. It was extremely stressful since I live far and had difficulties putting in my car. HOPEFULLY now they'll refund me 100%. It is the 1st and only time I will be purchasing with them. It seems, it's all about the money and not about the customer; And I also hope whoever is doing packaging of the product does better before shipping the product because opening your product to find out of missing parts was also a hassle (the one i kept); And its too bad because the one that I did keep was nice. It was just all about their shipping and missing parts that was so stressful. And didn't seem to care. It was more like, you have it, its your problem, find a way to return it on your own.

Where to start. Started off great back in 2016. Tents were stable and material was nice and durable. Slowly started to decline but that’s not an issue as I understand the cost of material goes up yearly. Customer service was always pretty good up until 2021. It seemed like they didn’t care anymore. Parts came damaged slightly but didn’t complain so we wouldn't hassle them, because we own a company and that has purchased over 30 canopies from delta and we realized they were defects our team can fix with a couple tools by hand. Had a tent damaged from wind which wasn’t deltas fault at all but our team for not securing the tent properly. Long story short, I called about some Replacement parts and if they can be ordered which I was told yes. I told customer service (Balbina) which she sent me a layout for the parts based off my order number which we have so many order numbers I also gave her a order number for a tent we don’t use. She sends me the layout and I look at the parts and tell her the part I need isn’t on there because the dimensions of the poles I need are way too big. She assures me the part I need is on there. I proceeded to be hesitant while she says she doesn’t understand why I say the dimensions are odd. I let her know 4/5 times before she ask which kind of tent I have I told her the push pin. She pauses and Carries on to talk about the layout. I told her if I can give her another order number to which she replies “ it will be the same “. I take her word and order the closest part to it since she was also convinced it was the part I needed. Parts arrive. They were incorrect, I contacted them for a return. Said they didn’t do returns which clearly goes against their policy and they can’t prove that other wise. She lets me speak to her manager which was way more helpful and offers me a solution. I spent $140.00 on replacement parts but she wanted me to pay shipping for the parts. Shipping for the parts I’m receiving and a restocking fee. So it was going from $140.00 to $200+ and the parts I wanted were cheaper. I told them no because it’s ridiculous. It should be just a simple exchange with no fees because the parts are already cheaper! Asked to get Atleast $140.00 back or a discount on a big tent I was going to purchase and they also didn’t give me those options. Obviously they don’t want business or to lose a dime. Been with them for 7 years but we are deciding to part ways. Terrible customer service the lady is very lethargic and doesn’t care obviously is there just to sit not care and get paid. It’s not so much about price but the principle. They’ll lose a valuable customer over $140.00. Please go somewhere else.

Unbelievable company. The customer service is on point. Purchased a wedding tent 7 years ago and just had to buy a replacement part (normal wear and tear). The whole process was easy and they were able to find what I needed and processed it within minutes. Highly recommend!

We own a bounce house business. We bought the 10 x 30 tent for business needs and to rent out to others. Our first set up was at a grand opening for a lady’s new salon. It was a disaster. One of the poles did not want to lock or latch into place. It was windy but nothing too excessive, however, any little wind kept bending the bars. Needless to say, the owner of the new salon called us telling us the bars snapped and the tent fell. Six bars total broke. Not only is it embarrassing for her as this was a grand opening but it’s also embarrassing for our company and doesn’t make us look good either! We will not be buying from this place again.
