Update. Returned to the store and Robert was able to rectify situation satisfactory. Day shift staff were more accommodating... Original post "Store is garbage. They refused an even exchange couple hours after purchasing. Product was defective out of the box. Forced to pay a few dollars more for a different model. Left original purchase on counter... Bad customer service. Worse resolution. Buyer beware. Big box store like home depot or lowes would not question the exchange or would have just issued a full refund. I just wanted a working device. I didn't expect to pay twice to get 1 worked. Good job. Felt abusive to be swarmed by 3 or 4 associates at customer service for a simple 25.00 purchase."

Very unprofessional team they don’t value time of truckers at all they wasted almost all day while offloading and didn’t gave paperwork for almost an hour

Worst place to deliver for one of their receiving guys told me they close at 7 pm and it should be good by 5:30 pm was on site by 5:20 pm and they told me come back tomorrow morning we can’t do anything today they are gone because of them i have to cancel my load and have to wait 4 days as it was long weekend absolutely unprofessional and i don’t know how to operate things here but it was not professional at all
