Ellis Home & Garden

There is a lady that works in the back with an accent that is incredibly rude every time we come in the store. She is constantly running off good business and we will not be using this store any longer. She physically removed things from our cart as we were standing in line that we were going to buy without asking any questions. It is ridiculous to go somewhere and spend over 200 dollars and get that kind of service. The cashier Gracie was extremely nice though.

Shopped at Ellis Pottery (yesterday), and I was so excited to see they are now carrying the Glasshouse collection!!! The candles smell amazing and the customer service was even better! Kim, was the friendliest cashier, providing excellent customer service!

I always love shopping at Ellis, always stocked with what I need! The employees are the best always welcoming and nice

Maggie was our Christmas angel in your store today We were in need of a special bulb for the mosaic lamp we bought at Ellis There were none for sale, only bulbs available in house for lamps for sale Maggie gives us with a bulb and a hardy “merry Christmas “ I had to give her a hug! Special light for a special season from a kind person Many thanks! Life is made better by kindness!!!!
