I shop here quite a bit, and refer my friends here that are looking for unique tropical plants, and succulents. Today was my second encounter with a young girl at the nursery registers. I don’t know her name (long reddish color hair and the receipt says sales rep “LRM”). Both times she is extremely condescending and acts like she is above customers asking questions with her snotty, condescending response/attitude. I am over it. Why should I pay your high prices (although the quality is worth it) when I can drive a bit further and go to English Gardens? Have a conversation with this girl and perhaps her customer service skills MIGHT improve

I seriously go hear for there gorgeous poinsettias plants and for this amazing girl name Lilly who works there. She is amazing and such a hard worker and so positive and caring and she always helps me in person or by phone. I wish there were more of her in the world, I drive an hour just for her and her customer service is out standing and the bows she makes are perfection:)

A delightful place for plant lovers! I've been so happy with my experience here. The plants and flowers are always well-maintained, and you can tell the staff puts a lot of care into them. There's a wide variety to choose from, which is great because I always find something new and exciting. The staff is also really friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit a pleasant one. I always leave with a sense of happiness—and a beautiful new plant or plant pots. Speaking of plant pots, their selection is fantastic and really complements their flowers.

Outstanding selection, customer service 100%. Their Christmas displays, products are breathtakingly beautiful. Most importantly a price scale for everyone. My go to place year round..

stopped in today on a whim and i don’t regret it one bit! had the most pleasant conversation with an employee named terry and she was the sweetest woman i’ve ever met. reminded me how good people & the world can be !! <3
