Flowers have been lovely everytime, my review stems from their punch card program. Punches are only available for in store orders? Why? If I call in an order, come to the store to pick up the flowers that I’ve paid for why can’t I get the punches for the purchase?

We ordered a large funeral flower stand recently. It was delivered on time and looked gorgeous. The shop staff was very flexible. We couldn’t be more pleased with our order.

Staff was a tad rude to my grandma, they dont offer 30 day returns on nonperishable items which is ridiculous. Overall wouldnt recommend when you can go to walmart, aldis, hyvee and get cheaper flowers that are sometimes better quality.
