THIS REVIEW IS LONG OVERDUE! I have been working with Foliage Services for several years now and they continue to be one of the most dependable and thoughtful vendors I have ever partnered with. I first used them when I was a property manager and even during the challenges of Covid they always showed up on time and took great care of our plants. Because of that consistency I knew I could trust them again when I moved into my role overseeing projects for new branches and construction for Unitus Community Credit Union. For every interior plant project Angela, Stephanie, and Cindy make the process incredibly easy. They ask the right questions from the beginning gather the correct details put proposals together quickly and make sure plants are ordered and installed on schedule for soft openings, grand openings, and everything in between. For our administrative offices and branch living walls we rely on them for the right plant species recommendations clear guidance on plant health and hands on watering and troubleshooting for our more complicated living wall systems. They always go above and beyond. Our recent Woodburn project is a great example. Stephanie has been excellent with communication and has kept me updated on plants that they did not even install. She has helped us figure out which replacements we need and what maintenance will look like moving forward. Angela and Cindy will always follow up with additional information, they assisted with the moss arches that were installed through our GC and had left a foresty scent, Angela jumped in to assist with ways to mitigate that issue in time for our grand opening. When Woodburn was in the final stages of construction Peter and Roberto came out promptly to install the living wall plants and took extra care to keep everything healthy even after we discovered the irrigation system was not functioning. Peter truly went the extra mile on this project. Peter even contacted the GC and plumber to make sure timers were set correctly & worked to prevent overwatering (on his wife’s birthday and day he was off!). Then he came in on his day off the following week to double check everything, gave my team a quick tutorial, reinstalled multiple irrigation lines, and even handed me a power bar when he noticed I had not eaten during the chaos of opening week. 😊 His help made a huge difference and ensured we had no issues on opening day. Foliage Services continues to be a partner we can count on. Their team is knowledgeable proactive thoughtful and genuinely easy to work with. They take a major task off my plate, and I recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional plant vendor.

There's a reason every review is five stars. I work in a office that is serviced by Foliage Services, and every one who's came into the office from them has been amazing! Especially Katie! Always so kind, friendly, and honestly she's such a cool person! Highly recommend.

Love them. They take amazing care of our plants! If we have an issue we call them and they are right here to solve the problem. We have used them for years for our holiday poinsettias and wreaths they are just beautiful.
