First time ordering from Frey & my expectations were exceeded! The arrangement is beautiful! Will return!

We used Frey Florist for our December wedding and our floral arrangements were exactly what we envisioned as we wanted a winter color palette without being Christmas-y. The bouquets were beautiful and the potted ivy centerpieces perfectly fit the vibe of our library wedding. Sarah was great to work with and was able to accommodate a last minute request to add a second drop off location on the day of the wedding so we could have our bouquets for photo ops on the walk from our hotel to the venue. Highly recommend!

My experience with Frey Florist & Greenhouses has been underwhelming, particularly with the quality of the flowers and the level of customer service provided. The floral arrangement delivered recently fell short of expectations, with blooms that appeared lackluster and wilted, failing to meet the standard one might anticipate from a local florist. While the convenience of their delivery service is a positive aspect, the overall presentation and freshness of the product left much to be desired, diminishing the intended impact of the gesture. Furthermore, the interaction with a staff member during my attempt to address concerns was notably disappointing. The representative displayed a dismissive attitude, responding with a tone that could only be described as unprofessional and curt, which hindered any meaningful resolution. This lack of courteous communication detracted significantly from the experience, making it challenging to recommend their services to others seeking reliable and respectful customer support. A more attentive approach would greatly improve their standing in the community.
