I came a long way to pick up an item that an employee promised would be on the shelves the next day and surprise, surprise it was a giant waste of time. I was completely blown off by a couple employees looking for the item before I asked to speak with a manager who basically told me that the other employee I spoke with told me a bunch of inaccurate information. I won’t be using this hardware store for anything in the future. I understand being out of an item but don’t make promises you can’t keep. The manager offered me a gift card but I refused since I won’t be back to use it. (I am very understanding with just about anything, except when someone is dishonest with me so they don’t have to do there job and waste my time)

They have a huge variety of items for every home improvement, repair or "Honey, could you..." projects that you, your friends and your future Ex can think of.

We needed a single item that we don't understand easily once we asked where it is... In and out!

So much better than the national chains, you can tell the people are valued here. Walk in with your project idea and they will walk you through the materials you need and show you where to find them. I’m comfortable laying out my ideas for a project without fear that I’m being judged. Also, i see the same employees with each visit and I feel recognized as a „regular,“ good luck finding that at national chains.

Great store. Nice helpful employees. They have had their isles marked incorrectly for years now. I have told them the pumps are not on 19 and the weather stripping is also not on the isle where it is labeled to be but not exaggeration over a year and a half they have not even put tape over the incorrect labels. I only mention the pumps and weatherstripping and I believe they probably have more IDK about and it seem they don’t care to fix it . When they spend money on advertising why not fix their own signage. Store psychology is to get you lost so customers see more products to buy but I value my time more
