Horrible Experience!!!!!!!!!! Ordered a Peace Lily to be delivered at Pinkney-Smith funeral home on January 31. They claimed it was placed at the front door of the funeral home and photo taken at 12:38pm. Why wasn’t it given to a funeral home attendant???? The family did not receive the Peace Lily. They refuse to give a refund. Bad Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They do a great job. I order flowers for my boss about every other day. This florist is one of the better ones that I would recommend to people.

I ordered flowers from this shop through DoorDash for my dear friend’s birthday, hoping to receive something similar to the bouquet pictured on their own storefront. I understand that flowers can be seasonal and that some variation is expected, but the arrangement that arrived was completely different in both color and overall style. While the flowers themselves were fresh and of good quality, the bouquet did not match what I had envisioned or what was advertised. Unfortunately, this was disappointing for such a special occasion. If the recipe that the florists are following look completely different to what is listed online on their DoorDash storefront, there needs to be updates done.

Not impressed with the arrangement ordered in relation to what was ordered. This is not a very complicated bouquet. The sender made them enjoyable but I did notice their very personal message until later because the shop didn't take the time to correct the note

Delivered it looks exactly as it did when I ordered it and she received it this same day. Thank you 👍
