Garden Gate Estate

I had my wedding here this past February. Garden gate is truly a gem. It is cozy and the trees all around make it feel magical. I got to have my entire family stay with me throughout our wedding weekend and everyone loved it. Spending the morning by the pond and chatting around the kitchen was some of my favorite parts of our stay. The wedding package really made my life so much easier and I’m grateful that I found them. Always will have the Garden Gate in a special place in my heart. Great for your mirco wedding or a weekend away with your loved ones .

If you are searching for the PERFECT all-inclusive wedding venue, look no further. Garden Gate Estate exceeded every expectation we had and gave us the most beautiful micro-wedding this past November (about 54 guests). I truly cannot recommend this venue enough. Linda and Melanie are exceptional, and the property itself is breathtaking!! I went into wedding planning with absolutely no idea where to begin, and they made the entire process unbelievably easy. Linda is a pro coordinator! She is organized, calm, and incredibly helpful. She guided me through each step, and all my husband and I really had to do was make choices. They took care of everything else. Their all-inclusive approach covers catering, DJ services, florals, officiant, photography, cake/cupcakes, bartending, and so much more. (I chose to use my own photographer, but their preferred vendors were all AMAZING!) What stood out most was how effortless the day felt. My family and friends didn’t have to set up or clean up a single thing, the team handled every detail. The property is stunning with endless photo spots, and the home itself is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for getting ready. I wasn’t stressed at all the morning of because we all got to hang out in the house while we took turns getting our hair and make-up done (the lighting is great for that, too!!). The guys also had their own suite to get ready in, which they loved. Meanwhile, while we all were getting ready, Linda was everywhere at once, making sure every detail was set perfectly. The ceremony was flawless, and our reception was soo much fun! Great food, great music, and so many compliments from our guests about the venue and every vendor involved. An added bonus is that the house has plenty of room for overnight stays, which made it incredibly convenient for our out-of-town guests. The honeymoon suite is BEAUTIFUL and very secluded from the rest of the house. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was, but in short: Garden Gate Estate gave us the wedding of our dreams, and I am so grateful for the care, professionalism, and genuine warmth they poured into our day. 1000/10 recommend!!

There are not enough words to express how grateful my new husband and I are to Melanie, Linda, and their team for providing us with a beautiful wedding back in June. We randomly found them at the Tampa Wedding Expo in 2024 when we were still considering having a small ceremony at our home and I'm so glad we did. The property is gorgeous and well maintained - it was obvious during our initial tour with Melanie that she cares a lot about the upkeep of it not just to close a sale but because she sees the value in it. Getting to spend more than just our wedding day there was a treat as we got to enjoy everything just a little bit longer. Linda is a joy to work with. She handled everything from booking the included vendors ahead of time to arranging our bud vases the day of. Even leading up to our stay when stress was making me more than a little frazzled, she was there to clarify and reassure me about any questions we had. She also made sure our more sentimental details were handled lovingly, like the memorial chair for my husband's parents and my Papaw, as well as our guestbook. My family had nothing but praise for her and her assistant afterwards on how beautifully everything was arranged and how helpful they were with random odds and ends throughout the day. Obviously, we don't plan on needing to book another wedding, but if we ever have an excuse to plan another big party we'll definitely want to be at Garden Gate Estate again.

This review is long, as well as long overdue. I wish I could give Melanie and Linda MORE than 5 stars. We met Linda back in May of 2024 at the wedding expo at the FL State Fairgrounds. My daughter was hoping to have a New Year's Eve (2024) wedding. As the wedding expo was in May we expected that a short notice date was going to be a pipe dream, but the stars must've been aligned for us the day we attended the expo! Garden Gate Estates was the last vendor we talked to just before we left. We were drawn into the booth by the beautiful pictures of the venue. We then noticed that it was in Brooksville- 15 minutes from our house!!! An additional plus was that the venue package is all inclusive (including a wedding planner!!!) - our family business takes us away from home from June-November and we knew this was going to present a problem trying to plan a December wedding. With 3 things off our checklist (location, all-inclusive and beautiful venue) we took a chance and introduced ourselves to Linda. You can only imagine our surprise when she confirmed that Dec 31, 2024, was available!!!! ☑️☑️☑️☑️😊 We planned to meet with her a few days later and the moment we stepped onto the property we were sold! From the initial meeting through the last day, working with Linda and Melanie was amazing! Linda has worked for years in the service industry and her attention to detail is second to none! She thought of things neither my daughter nor I even thought about. She was in contact with us all summer and was super quick to respond to answer questions or concerns. She was a great liaison between us and the vendors- especially with us being out of town for most of the planning time. The catering company, Krueger Catering out of Brooksville, did a fabulous job on the food and hors d'oeuvres. Jennifer Alfieri Photography did a great job capturing the day utilizing so many of the amenities as well as the breathtaking landscape. Allen's Florist brought my daughter's bridal party bouquet visons to life and DJ Denzil was outstanding keeping the wedding guests of all ages entertained and out on the dance floor! The only thing not included in the package (which has since been added- great idea!) was the bartender service (not needed if you chose not to serve alcohol). We had Tipsy Tampa Bar Service, and they did a great job as well. Everyone worked seamlessly to make the event so magical. Once we were back in town in November, we hit the ground running and Linda did a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Having access to the venue for 3 days is such a blessing. We were able to accommodate all the bridal party at the house. We had a very relaxing and cozy rehearsal dinner using the amazing gourmet kitchen. We were able to spend quality time with our "new family" and out of town guests in the comfort of the house as opposed to being confined to a single table in a loud restaurant. The actual day of the event Linda was there bright and early and did a great job getting everything arranged and keeping my "mother-of-the-bride nerves" at bay. She did a great job coordinating with the vendors and even put out a few unexpected "fires" along the way resulting in a seamless event from start to finish. Guests are still talking about how magical the weekend was. Because this is a micro wedding venue (which is exactly what my daughter and her fiancé wanted) 60 people was really the limit for the intimate but enchanting greenhouse setting for the dinner. Because we had the venue for 3 days, on the last day we had a small, casual luncheon to honor the bride and groom with some family friends that we wanted at the wedding but couldn't have because of size limits. I cannot say enough good things about the venue itself! The grounds are immaculate - very well maintained and the amenities are outstanding. Melanie takes great pride in her family's home and the fact that she shares it with the community to make such wonderful memories speaks volumes. I cannot thank these ladies enough for giving my daughter and son-in-law wedding memories to last a lifetime!
