I spent about $200 on 4 different Aglaonemas here while visiting Augusta. The staff were very friendly and helpful in the store, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after getting the plants home and barerooting them to put in leca- I discovered that most of them had mealybugs, and the Orange Stardust I purchased had mostly dead roots. When I reached out, the recommendation was that I should go and buy systemic granules and take a qtip with alcohol to the ones I can see in the petioles. I understand pests can happen with plants, but at these price points I was disappointed that most of what I purchased require immediate rehab and quarantine (for who knows how long) or risk the rest of my collection. The people working there were kind, but I would encourage buyers to inspect plants very closely before purchasing. Steep price for sick plants.

love it! Great fresh products they also carry raw milk. Their strawberry cake is amazing!

Staff were very friendly and very helpful with finding items. The AI won’t tell you anything specific when you ask about this place so I’ll say what’s there to make it easier. They have almost every edible plant, they do have RAW MILK, RAW GOAT CHEESE, BEE POLLEN, RAW HONEY WITH COMBS AND THEY HAVE MAJORITY OF WHAT ANYONE WOULD COME THERE FOR. Only reason I gave a 4-star, They are not very good at giving refunds, they don’t tell you their refund policies as in how many days or hours it’ll take for the cash to fully return to your account.

I always wanted to support small and family owned businesses therefore I chose to go Good Earth.from time to time over the last few years ! Until today! Yesterday I bought 2 plants there and realized later that one of them isn’t the type of I wanted. So I went back there today to return it with the receipt and I asked if I could return it or get a gift certificate, but the manager told me “ No everything you buy here is final because we also sell food here and haven’t you seen our sign “! Unfortunately I hadn’t noticed the sign before because it’s so small compared to their other signs. I think her response is weird because other stores like for instance Publix sells groceries and plants too and there you can return them ! Therefore I will from now on buy my plants somewhere else where customer service and loyalty is still honored!

I absolutely love going to this place. It makes my heart so happy. The fresh veggies are so good. And the frozen section even is so amazing. Thuer frozen biscuits are the absolute best buscuits ive ever had. The plant section outside is another favorite of mine. Especially during rhe fall. They have photo op sections and pumpkins galore. They have trees you wouldnt usually find. And activities for the small kiddos. Totally worth the go. Only downside is no fresh turneric. Lol.
