Mar 2, 2026Fortunately, I visited the gardens before the freeze so I know how amazing they will be. Sadly, the Freeze we experienced this winter has damaged so much of the lush gardens. I'm positive it'll grow back, thus the remaining five star review, but I would recommend waiting to visit until after the gardens recover. Right now, the camellias and azaleas are about all that's flowering.

Feb 22, 2026Beautiful gardens with many paths and various flowers and trees. Really well maintained and bigger then we thought. Very enjoyable morning walk and hopefully will be back next time we visit Orlando.

Feb 10, 2026If you love nature and trees this is the place for you. Visited December 2025. Arrived at the gardens around 1pm. So impressed with the huge array of everything but especially the trees with the huge climbing plants on them. Unbeknown to us they have sections that had illuminations up, presumably for Christmas time but there is an extra charge and later entry for the lights. Would advise you to arrive earlier to have a slow walk around the gardens and enjoy it all. The main house museum was closed when we visited. There was a long avenue with lots of different chandeliers hanging from the trees, part of the illuminations but we loved it even unlit.

Jan 25, 2026Wonderful gardens. All native plants to Florida. With how big the garden is we were surprised by the tiny gift shop and cafe. But that's just a small issue. You come for the gardens. Not the gift shop.

Jan 19, 2026Went to Dazzling Lights Nite! It was a great experience. It was a good 2 hours and there was plenty to do and plenty to eat and drink. Every one of the 25 plus light stops was fabulous. Besides being 38 degrees out we will be making this an annual event. A must experience and well done!
