Wow I am in aw of how amazing this place is, for starters the way the set the mood with the tables and table clothes for my brothers wedding was so great. I was very impressed with the way they had the plants perfectly trimmed and kept green also the service was great!!

This place is horrible. Mainly the staff. We had a booking scheduled to go and tour the place with Maria. We show up and Maria was a witch to work with. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. The tour lasted less then 5 minutes before she rudely kicked us out with an absurd amount of sass and disrespect. When we said we had an appointment she smirkly replied "Sure you do" and then scowled at us. She didn't give us the time of day and was extremely rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place. If you are looking to book a venue look anywhere else other than this place. If this was the experience touring the venue I can't even begin to imagine what the hosts are like. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Save your time and money. She was horrible to work with

Beautiful location for a wedding. Air conditioned well in the summer heat.

Wow! We had our daughter's reception here and it was amazing. They were so easy to work with. They have so many options for creating your own center pieces. The staff was very responsive and helpful even though we didn't have many needs. The space is huge for any size group. The area is amazing with all of the greenery. For my daughter it was a fantasy wonderland, very magical. I have one more daughter and three sons and this reception center is top of our list.

My sister had her wedding here on March 13, 2025 and it was an awful venue. It was pouring rain pretty much all day so the roof was leaking all over the place. We had many people, including the bride herself slip due to the leaks. The window in the brides room leaked so bad and got all of our stuff wet. When we told the staff about it, the coordinator came in and just put towels down instead of getting it cleaned up all the way and trying to find a solution. The towels weren't enough to soak up all the water so my mom had to go find a mop bucket to get the rest of the water up, the coordinator proceeded to blame it on us, saying that our flower buckets were leaking when they weren't even by the window. When we told her about our stuff getting wet, she just told us that it wasn't wet and went back to her office. For the reception, we had a mic stand set up but no microphone. We had to search the entire venue to find the worker, when she was just sitting in her office watching Netflix instead of checking in on us and making sure that we had all we needed. When we tried to connect to the speakers via bluetooth, you could barely hear the music at all. We had to go find her in her office again (all while she was just watching Netflix) to see if she could help with the music. She asked us a million times if we were on the right wifi and connected properly as if we were idiots. She then had to bring us an aux cord and proceed to tell me about how bad their wifi was and that they have this problem all the time. For the luncheon, we also needed a microphone and the one that they gave us was out of battery which then delayed the luncheon. Overall, I would never have an event here again. Why am I paying thousands of dollars to have a wedding in a place where the roof leaks and becomes a slipping hazard and a place where the staff is lazy and can't be bothered to actually help when we need it or treats us like we are dumb?
