I can't recommend Hyacinth House enough! I had a slight problem with an order, and Cliff immediately reached out to me and assisted me. The best customer service I have had in a very long time! The flowers are beautiful and there is a reason they have been in business as long as they have. Thank you!

Hyacinth House had delivered flowers to my mom within 2 hours of ordering them. Their website said orders afyer noon would be delivered the next day which I was ok with since the next day was my mom's a tial birthday but they delivered them that day. Pleasantly surprised. My mom enjoyed her flowers.

So happy with my experience with Hyacinth House! I called them 2 hours before closing asking if they could have a bouquet ready for me by the time they opened at 8 AM the next day, and they said absolutely! I didn’t even really know fully what I wanted — just that it should be a “Just Because” bouquet to brighten someone’s day, and that I needed to keep it under budget of $60. The next day at 8 AM they had a beautiful bouquet waiting for me! Unfortunately, I didn’t specify that I would be giving this to someone who recently experienced a loss, and I became concerned that there might be too many white flowers in the original. They remade a second beautiful bouquet for me, on the spot, within 10 minutes and they were incredibly kind about it! They made not one, but two beautiful bouquets, both with a different look and feel. Both at budget. Both under a time crunch, and they were kind in dealing with my last-minute, low-info requests. I have been a loyal customer for 30 year’s always received quality flowers. this year my wife’s Valentine’s Day flowers were not even close to what they advertised. Still nice but not what I ex for $125. Might start looking elsewhere! Picture of what it was supposed to be and what my wife received

Great service! Very accommodating! The arrangement was beautiful! I picked up my order and I was met with very friendly service! This is the 2nd time I’ve utilized Hyacinth House! It has now become my go to for sympathy flower arrangements
