Infinite Blooms Garden Center

I’ve gone here for three years now for Christmas trees (which are always nice, and fairly priced), as well as for shrubs and perennials, etc, in the spring/summer (also great selection). But I wanted to leave a review today because I had the best experience when buying my Christmas tree with an employee named Eddie. It’s been a rough holiday season for me and his humor and kindness and excellent service really cheered me up and made a difference in my day, or perhaps my whole holiday season. It was also a much needed reminder that the world is still full of good people! Thank you for the three great trees, lovely perennials, and wonderful customer service.

Northtown Garden Center has a great selection and the nicest and most helpful staff. Everyone was so friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. And the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Extremely unknowledgeable staff. It knows 0 about their own products. Nor do they know about any products near them of the same product. I wouldn't shop here.They know nothing

Fantastic quality. My flowers look better than ever and I do not have a green thumb. One flat of mixed flowers for $20 filled 3 giant planters & they’re thriving, even in this hot, hot Buffalo summer!

My husband and I went there yesterday. They have a nice selection however, we could not find one person to help us. There was a young kid watering plants as soon as I walked toward him to ask a question he disappeared! So we then gathered what we thought would work with the space we have at our home and made our way to the cashier again not seeing one available worker. The woman rang all 7 our plants for whopping 190 bucks, my husband said to the lady we really dont know what we are doing, her response was "I really can't help you with that". Really???? Why are you working there???? She could of at the very least offered to find someone who could answer some questions that we had. Prices keep going up on EVERYTHING, yet the quatily of the customer service is going WAY down. That's disturbing. Anyway if you dont have any questions or need any help then this place may work for you!
