Great experience! They really know about orchids and love to share that knowledge.

Ordered 2 plants. Very beautiful, however one arrived quite damaged due to what looked like subpar packaging. I contacted the company, and although it took almost a week to get a reply, the owner explained that she had been ill and promptly sent out a replacement plant. The new plant was in perfect shape. Would highly recommend.

Epidendrum Miracle Valley Fuchsia from J&L Orchids. Purchased 2021. At least 4 more flower spikes coming. Highly recommend. Check the hours or call before going.

I was blown away by the selection of beautiful plants there and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable .They were very kind and supportive for a newbie who had tons of questions. I will come back and bring my friends too !!!!!

Despite a wonderful array of orchids, beware of buying from this shop. They mailed me orchids with fungus gnats, I informed them about it and they took many days to respond. All they could do is send instructions for how to manage the situation. I asked for compensation (a credit for any one of the plants of their choosing) for the trouble that their gnatty orchid caused. I had to repot them all, purchasing new orchid media and pots—all this taking 3 hours of my time. They said they would call me back. They said that twice and did not carry through until I emailed them again. So, if you buy from here don’t expect responsiveness or responsibility from the owner or their employees. Their plants are not cheap. I spent about $100. How is it possible that they charge so much and are not responsible for the infected plants they sell? Shop here at your own risk.⚠️
