Great plants; great ppl!!!

I ordered a couple plants for a fundraiser. I buy Poinsettias yearly for decorating. Normally I can keep them alive until at least March. This one was shrivvled 6 days after I bought it. I have over 30 plants that I keep year atound. I know what the plant needs and it was taken proper care of. I called and spoke to a man there and he said it was to dry. Well that's not the case. It had water when I got it home. He did reluctantly agree to exchange the plant but I realized it's a 2 and a half hour commute. I reached out asking for a return and was informed that it was my error and nothing that they were willing to do. Oh and a sarcastic happy new year. This was a order of $600+ dollar's. Others have voiced not being happy with the plants received. It's a fundraiser so We hate to complain but be fair and sell quality plants. The cactus was small but healthy. The Poinsettias had been to wet for a fact that the man admitted to. This is the experience that I had ans my personal opinion of what occurred Buyer beware!! Added 1-13 25 3 hours to replace a plant!? I had every intention of making the trip until I was involved in a hit and run accident the day before. Why the school has continued to continue using your greenhouse is beyond me when we have some amazing ones closer to home that have quality plants and employees that cares about customer service. I hope this $10 will help you this season. It's the last dime you'll ever get out of me.

This is my favorite greenhouse in Southern Indiana. I buy all my annuals here every year for my landscaping. The plants always thrive and are the best varietals for the area. The people are always so extremely kind and helpful.
